Looking for someone with Ambition, Passion, Hustle, creativity, commitment, teamwork & integrity to work into our bar manager position at either our Peninsula Brewhouse location in Silverdale, Washington or our Peninsula BevCo location in Port Orchard, Washington.
Qualifications: -4 years bartending/serving at high volume craft beverage establishment
-experience creating cocktails and coctail menus
-experience training bartenders
-experience ordering liquor, beverages and supplies
-experience leading others
-Entreprenurial owner mindset. not employee mindset
-Pay includes tip pool and cash tips.
