Position Summary
As a Trainee Machinist, you will receive hands-on training to build a career in machining and manufacturing. You will work alongside experienced machinists to learn machine operation, part inspection, and production processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Learn & Do

Operate CNC lathes, mills, and balancing machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Assist with machine setup and production tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

- Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, geometry)

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math and reading skills
