Reliable Appliance Repair is looking for an experienced appliance repair technician who wants dependable income, consistent work, and the opportunity to earn significantly more through performance.
We provide a guaranteed minimum of $200 for every day worked. Technicians who deliver strong results can exceed the guarantee through our performance-based compensation program, with commission rates reaching up to 40%.
We handle the marketing, customer scheduling, dispatching, and parts support. You focus on diagnosing accurately, communicating professionally, and completing quality repairs.

Who We’re Looking For
This is not an entry-level or trainee position.
Qualified candidates must have:
- At least five years of hands-on appliance repair experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Experience repairing refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, and dishwashers
- The ability to identify root causes instead of guessing or replacing unnecessary parts
- Professional appliance repair tools
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
- A professional appearance and dependable work habits
