We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you’re skilled in leasing, marketing, and resident relations — and you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment — this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting our community features.
- Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
- Support leasing for multiple properties in town.
- Market available units online, on social platforms, and through community outreach.
- Use Yardi and RentCafe CRM IQ to track leads, applications, and leases.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous residential leasing and marketing experience (required).
- Familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe CRM IQ.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work weekends as needed.
