The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - NoVA will:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple interior construction projects
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and on-site coordination
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
- Communicate regularly with project managers, APMs, and leadership
- Coordinate inspections, site logistics, and material deliveries
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients
- Manage 2-3 projects concurrently across the NOVA/DC region

The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - NoVA will have:
- 7+ years of construction field experience as a Superintendent
- Proven experience in commercial interior projects (office or retail preferred)
- Experience managing projects ranging from $100K to $2M+
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and subcontractors
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to job sites
