As an Account Manager for Antonette Lipscomb's Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This is a needs-based sales position focused on building strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Training is in-person and transition into hybrid.
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.
