Job description
We are a restaurant group seeking a responsible Payroll specialist for our restaurants in the Kittery, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport area.
Responsibilities to include :
WEEKLY Payroll processing for 10 restaurants and Inns
review time cards/enter missed punches
Onboard new employees
allocate hours where needed/approve hours,
print weekly tip reports from POS system
enter hours and tips into Payroll platform
Work with Chief operating officer to verify and finalize weekly payroll
maintain confidentiality at all times
Office Admin -filing, ordering supplies in down time
Skills:
Advanced Excel and computer skills required
POS systems and reporting experience preferred
Restaurant accounting experience a plus
QB knowledge a plus
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
