Qualifications:
- 2+ year of swimming pool cleaning experience highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment and chemistry highly preferred
- Similar route-like business experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- High School graduate
- Valid Drivers' License required
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and be comfortable working in the Texas heat
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to use company-provided equipment to safely and effectively service our customers pools including but not limited brushing, skimming/netting, vacuuming, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, testing and balancing chemicals and checking filter pressure and status of overall equipment
- Responsible for weekly inventory needed at all times, reporting pool & equipment condition, collaborating often with managers, teammates and office staff as well as taking care of and reporting any issues with company-provided equipment and/or vehicle.
