Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling strategies
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and replenishment to keep the sales floor well-stocked and inviting
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support team members by supervising daily store operations when needed and ensuring a smooth checkout process
- Assisting with daily cleaning of store to ensure a welcoming environment for our customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in multiple languages (bilingual skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
