As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions using the POS system, including Aloha POS.
- Maintain cleanliness in the café area, including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support to team members during busy periods to enhance overall service efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience with cash registers or POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
