Modeling Coach needed with industry experience to teach basic modeling techniques online via Zoom.
OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Modeling Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the performing arts and/or modeling industry and experience working with students of various ages. This role involves guiding aspiring talent in developing their performance skills, enhancing their confidence, and fostering a love for the craft. The Modeling Coach will create an engaging learning environment that encourages creativity, discipline, and self-expression.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial/spokesperson/modeling lessons tailored to the needs and skill levels of students.
- Provide constructive feedback on student performances, runway techniques, on-camera presence, and modeling poses.
- Facilitate workshops focused on key areas such as character development, commercial and print modeling.
- Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to integrate acting (commercial/spokesperson) and modeling into broader educational or talent development programs.
- Organize performances to give students the opportunity to demonstrate their skills.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment for all students.
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional experience in acting and/or modeling ( film, television, runway, commercial, or print).
- Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of various ages and experience levels.
- Knowledge of classroom management and lesson planning techniques.
- Experience working with children or teens is a plus.
- Background in related creative fields (e.g., dance, photography, fashion) is a bonus.
- Understanding of child development and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Experience or training in special education is a plus.
