We’re hiring an Entry-Level Project Assistant to support multiple Project Managers on a variety of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent high school or college graduate, or someone early in their career, who is eager to learn, work hard, and grow with a company that values teamwork, integrity, innovation, and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
- Send construction drawings to subcontractors and vendors for bid.
- Request, follow up on, and organize pricing for different project scopes and materials.
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Assist with preparing contracts, purchase documentation, and other project paperwork.
- Assist Project Managers with minor estimating and day-to-day project coordination.
- Learn the construction business from the ground up while supporting multiple Project Managers.
