Job Overview
We are seeking experienced CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) Installers specializing in large and small diameter projects. Duties
- Install CIPP liners in large and small diameter pipes according to project specifications and schematics
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools necessary for pipe installation and preparation
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation
- Prepare work sites by performing tasks such as concrete forming, masonry, or carpentry as needed
- Conduct inspections of installed liners to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Utilize hand tools, caulking, trim carpentry, and other fabrication techniques for site adjustments
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to meet project timelines
- Maintain safety protocols at all times during installation and site operations
- Assist in restoration work post-installation, including concrete finishing or painting if required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CIPP installation for large and small diameter pipes with a solid understanding of trenchless technology
- Strong background in construction management, inspection, or related trades such as plumbing, electrical work, or masonry
- Familiarity with bluebeam software, schematics, and blueprint reading
- Experience operating heavy equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely on construction sites
- Knowledge of concrete forming, plastering, fabrication, carpentry (including trim carpentry), roofing, drywall installation, or tile laying is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Construction site experience with a focus on sewer or waterline projects preferred
- Valid certifications or licenses related to heavy equipment operation or construction safety are advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
