In-Home Therapist Job Announcement:
Thriving agency seeking Therapist & Behavioral Health Professional with a passion for family preservation and home-based services. A Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of in home-related experience or a Master's Degree is accepted in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Counselor related field. Recent Graduates are strongly encouraged to Apply.
The ideal candidate will possess cognitive and behavioral therapy skills and must attend a 4-day training for EBP. Weekly team & supervision consultations are required. Therapists must demonstrate ability to implement program standards and strong clinical writing skills of family sessions and intervention. The team therapist will carry a caseload of 2 families and provide 10 face to face contact hours to those families on a weekly basis. Cases are assigned by the team Supervisor. A writing sample is an essential part of the interview process. Flexible scheduling and availability 24 hours a day to respond to assigned families as needed is a must.
Full-time employment is not suitable for the mental health professional who has other standing clients, as this would not allow you to respond to your assigned family for emergencies on the standard of 24/7 availability. The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation.
A small caseload allows therapist(s) the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of high-risk families and children. Please only apply if you meet the above-mentioned job requirements.

Salary: $42.00 to $46.00 /hour for Bachelors Level
$47.00 to $50.00 /hour for Masters Level
