In-Home Logistics LLC is a new premier logistics broker currently contracted by high-end luxury retailers for facilitating home delivery and white glove installation services to their customers. We are expanding our operations and are seeking a Warehouse Manager out of our Lakeland FL location. We are looking for a reliable person to lead the receiving, storing, and processing of inventory. You may also lead a team of warehouse associates, pack orders, maintain records, and ensure the warehouse is clean and safe
Responsibilities
- Inventory: Receive, store, count, weigh, and open materials
- Shipping: Load and unload trucks, railway cars, and other vehicles
- Order fulfillment: Pack orders and get them ready for shipment
- Safety: Ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Logistics: Follow purchase orders and store policy to fulfill logistics
- Shipping schedules: Meet shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention
- Equipment operation: Operate mechanical lifts, winches, forklifts, and pallet jacks
- Records: Keep inventory records and track stock levels
- Quality: Ensure products meet quality requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and materials handling
- Proficient in inventory management and control
- Skilled in operating forklifts and reach trucks
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and data entry
- Strong communication skills, with bilingual abilities preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
