As a Teacher on our team, you’ll get to:

- Help your center thrive by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve shared goals for enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Build wonderful relationships with families, fellow teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A friendly approach with excellent customer service skills and a knack for staying organized while juggling multiple tasks.
- The willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role (or to pursue them).
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or the eagerness to obtain it).
- The ability to lift at least 40 pounds and spend time indoors or outdoors.
- The flexibility to get down to child level to engage with them physically and visually, plus good sight and hearing to keep everyone safe.
- Proficient English skills to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
