What You’ll Do
- Provide support with daily living activities (ADLs) with dignity and respect
- Build meaningful connections through engagement and conversation
- Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions
- Collaborate with nurses, families, and your team to deliver exceptional care
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Assisted Living & Memory Care (required)
- A resident-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality care
