Velocity Packout is one of Arizona’s fastest-growing restoration companies, and we’re looking for a high-energy, organized, relationship-driven person to join our team as our Business Development Coordinator.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, loves organization, and wants to grow into a larger role over time. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to help strengthen relationships, support marketing efforts, and create exceptional experiences for our referral partners.
We’re not looking for someone with years of restoration experience. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong character, and a desire to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver lunches, cookies, gifts, and swag to referral partners.
- Assist with networking events and community outreach.
- Manage and maintain our CRM.
- Organize spreadsheets, reports, and business development activities.
- Help coordinate follow-up with referral partners and key accounts.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist with social media, events, and special projects.
- Help create a world-class experience for our customers and partners.
- Represent the Velocity Packout brand with professionalism and positivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, outgoing, and highly organized.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and follow-through.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
- Comfortable meeting new people and representing the company.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
No Industry Experience Required
We can teach restoration. We can teach software. We can teach systems.
