Role Overview:
As a Caregiver / HHA at Heartwood Care Services, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and attentive care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a supportive team to enhance the quality of life for those in our care. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful connections and provide essential support for individuals to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes.

Administer medication and monitor clients' health and safety while providing companionship.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care are met.

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Take ownership of client assignments and help drive a nurturing and respectful atmosphere.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or similar qualification.

Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and their families.

Experience in providing personal care or support services is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work compassionately and patiently with elderly and disabled individuals.

Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to your responsibilities.
Bonus If You:
- Have additional certifications in CPR or First Aid.

Possess skills in another language that can aid communication with clients.

Have experience with respite care or specialized client needs.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is typically Part-Time initially, Monday through Friday, with additional shift work available on weekends.
Location:
This position is on-site only, located in Edmond, Oklahoma.
