Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Event Helper to join our team at Jumper Warrior. This role involves assisting with the delivery, setup, and takedown of inflatable bounce houses, waterslides, obstacle courses, and other party rental equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has good customer service skills, and is dependable for weekend and seasonal work.
Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and unload inflatables and rental equipment at customer locations.
- Assist in setting up and securing bounce houses, waterslides, and other inflatables safely.
- Clean, sanitize, and inspect equipment before and after each rental.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and professional on-site.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure equipment is properly staked, sandbagged, or secured.
- Work with team members to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Perform light lifting, carrying, and moving of equipment
- Report any damages or issues with equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.

-Must be able to drive a pick up truck with a 16′ open trailer attached (no CDL required)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
