Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Residential Construction

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead multiple projects from pre-construction through completion.
Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial and residential construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial and residential construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively.
- Monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction.
- Mentor and support project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing both commercial and residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- OSHA certification.
- PMP certification is a plus.

Pay: $88,009.99 - $1,300,000.00 per year
