Adecco is hiring a Shipping Specialist for a growing warehouse team! If you have shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This position is responsible for processing domestic and international shipments, picking and packing orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Summer Hours:
After Summer:
Overtime: Overtime may be available after your scheduled shift until 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM, depending on business needs.
Process domestic and international shipments, including shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe using 5S principles.
Assist with training new employees and support special projects as needed.
Follow established warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
Forklift certification or powered industrial truck experience is a plus.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), or Workday is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
