Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships ensuring satisfaction when engaging with customers through the duration of the sales and wireless lifecycle
- Providing superior customer service while meeting wireless service and telecommunication needs
- Work with customers to place wireless orders and be their go to specialist
- Take initiative to proactively identify and solve any customer related issues
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure best practices and proper procedures are met
- Stay informed on the latest wireless technologies and industry trends to provide tailor matched solutions for our customers
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Customer service, sales, retail, general warehouse, and hospitality experience is all a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work with customers and assist them with services
- Ability to thrive in a diverse environment independently or as a part of the team
- Demonstrates proficiency in sales and negotiation strategies
