Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As a Member Services Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all members, both in person and over the phone
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry, including 10-key typing
- Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Maintain member records and ensure accuracy of information
- Promote financial products and services to meet member needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service or financial services is highly desirable
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform debits/credits accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
