Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to early childhood development standards, incorporating innovative educational technology and differentiated instruction techniques.
- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages positive behavior management, social skills, and emotional resilience among young children.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, learning styles adaptability strategies, and detailed student performance data analysis to ensure each child's growth is on track.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, specialists in special education and early intervention, and parents to support individual learning needs, including those with autism or requiring additional behavioral support.
- Integrate literacy education, math fundamentals, physical education activities, and library services into daily lessons to promote well-rounded development.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student progress reports, standardized testing results, and compliance with educational regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in teacher collaboration sessions, curriculum development workshops, and training on educational compliance.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood or elementary school settings is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum implementation across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and special education needs.
- Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively using behavior management strategies suited for early learners.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning styles and needs—including those with autism or requiring early intervention—is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills for parent-teacher interactions and team collaboration are required.
- Familiarity with educational technology integration tools and learning management systems enhances your ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Previous experience in private or Montessori school environments can be an advantage but is not mandatory.
