Watch Me Grow ABA is a clinician-led, values-driven ABA practice committed to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality care. We believe in supporting our clinicians just as intentionally as we support our clients with reasonable caseloads, strong supervision, and a collaborative team culture.
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about clinical quality, client dignity, and professional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of bi-monthly staff meetings and clinical trainings
- Provide ongoing supervision and program tailoring
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
- Monitor data, adjust programs, and ensure clinical integrity
- Maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and company standards
- Participate in collaborative clinical decision-making and ongoing consultation with fellow BCBAs to ensure ethical, high-quality, family-centered care
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across environments
- Support, coach, and develop RBTs
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related fields
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current Nevada LBA license in good standing
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision making
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
