Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. Duties will include setting up exercise equipment for patients, light cleaning and light desk work. This is a small practice with a good employment history. Hours needed are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to around 6:15 pm. More hours are possible in the future.
Duties
- Assist physical therapists with patient setup.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Support patients during therapy exercises by providing encouragement.
- Light desk work when needed.
Skills
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with diverse client populations including geriatrics and orthopedics.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality diligently while managing sensitive information.
- Must be outgoing.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus but is not a requirement.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
