District Manager – Morelli's Ice Cream (Atlanta, GA)
Morelli's Ice Cream has been an Atlanta favorite for 18 years, and we're looking for a District Manager to help lead our four retail locations into their next chapter. What You'll Do
As District Manager, you'll be the driving force behind day-to-day success across all four of our Atlanta scoop shops. You'll coach and support our store managers, helping them build strong teams and deliver the warm, high-quality experience Morelli's is known for. You'll keep an eye on the details that matter, from product quality and cleanliness to staffing and inventory, while also owning the bigger picture: sales performance, cost control, and growth opportunities across the district. You'll be the go-to problem solver when something needs fixing fast, and the steady hand that keeps all four locations running with consistency and heart.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with real experience leading multiple locations, ideally in food service, retail, or hospitality, who knows how to motivate a team and hold people accountable with kindness and clarity. You should be comfortable digging into the numbers, spotting trends, and making decisions that improve the bottom line, but just as comfortable jumping behind the counter to help during a rush. Strong communication skills, a love of good ice cream, and a genuine passion for community and customer experience will go a long way here.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
