About Us
Heaven Healing Helping Hands (HHHH) is a faith-driven nonprofit community resource and ministry center dedicated to helping individuals and families find hope, healing, stability, and purpose through practical support, education, life skills, and community programs.
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and resourceful Career & Resource Coordinator to help guide clients toward employment opportunities, educational resources, community assistance, and long-term success.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with resumes, job searches, and interview preparation
Help clients complete online job applications
Teach basic computer and office skills including:
Email setup
Internet navigation
Microsoft Word
Excel basics
Online applications
Help connect clients to community resources such as:
Housing assistance
Food assistance/SNAP
FAFSA/financial aid
Workforce programs
Community referrals
Support clients with scheduling appointments and creating action plans
Provide one-on-one support for individuals seeking employment or life stability
Maintain organized client notes and follow-ups
Create a welcoming, encouraging, and professional environment for all visitors
Work alongside the HHHH team to support community outreach and client success
Qualifications
Preferred experience in:
Workforce development
Case management
Social services
Career coaching
Community outreach
Administrative support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Basic computer and technology knowledge required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compassionate, dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Schedule
Part-Time
Approximately 20–25 hours weekly

Heaven Healing Helping Hands is a Christian faith-based nonprofit organization. We welcome and serve individuals from all backgrounds with dignity and respect. Employees should be comfortable working in an environment that may include prayer, worship nights, Bible studies, encouragement, and faith-centered community events. Staff may help invite clients to optional spiritual and community support programs offered through HHHH.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
