Salary & Compensation:
- Total Earning Potential: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
- Pay Structure: Competitive base salary plus an incentive-based bonus plan.

Job Summary:
As the Agency Director, you will oversee daily branch operations, lead our office staff, and ensure our clients receive top-tier care. You will be responsible for keeping the team aligned, motivated, and focused on operational goals, particularly around client satisfaction and caregiver recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support the internal office team (coordinators, schedulers, and recruiters).
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality care for our 250 active clients.
- Drive recruitment and onboarding efforts to consistently bring in and retain high-quality caregivers.
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to help the team hit its growth goals.
- Resolve client and caregiver issues quickly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience in home care, paid care, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven track record of leading teams and hitting performance or growth goals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Deep understanding of scheduling, recruiting, and caregiver retention strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
