Alexander Technology Group is working with a local New Hampshire software company seeking an Implementation Project Coordinator to support customer onboarding and application adoption. This role is highly focused on project coordination, cross-functional communication, and ensuring a smooth transition from implementation into ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding
- Partner closely with internal technical, product, and support teams
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Document system configurations and support a seamless handoff to application support
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally within software implementations
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting software applications or working in a client-facing support environment
- Exposure to regulated or public-sector environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
This position will be onsite in Southern, NH
Pay range for the role is $70k-$80k
