Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles and luxury chauffeur cars, adhering strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with their baggage, ensuring a comfortable journey, and communicating professionally with clients
- Use GPS navigation and navigation software to plan optimal routes, avoid delays, and ensure timely arrivals
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain vehicle safety and performance
- Manage passenger safety at all times and adherence to safety protocols during transit
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, routes, mileage, and vehicle condition reports for compliance purposes
- Assist with client communication before, during, and after trips to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or Non-CDL license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in passenger transportation
- Strong knowledge of GPS navigation tools, navigation systems, and navigation software for efficient route planning
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to perform vehicle pre- and post-trip inspections to identify minor mechanical issues promptly
- Experience in passenger baggage assistance and handling luxury vehicles preferred
- Demonstrated adherence to traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times
