Responsibilities
- Process cash transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring accuracy in cash drawer handling and cash management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through banking products and services.
- Manage customer relationships effectively by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their banking experience.
- Detect and prevent fraud through vigilant review of transactions and adherence to banking regulatory compliance standards.
- Promote banking products to meet customer needs.
- Utilize banking software and Microsoft Office tools efficiently to maintain accurate records and process transactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly desirable, especially within financial services or banking environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency with banking software, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills such as retail math and 10-key typing.
- Knowledge of financial compliance standards, including industry regulations related to fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML), and banking security protocols.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse customer interactions.
- Technical proficiency in using banking systems for transaction processing and record keeping is essential.
- Familiarity with industry knowledge of financial regulations ensures adherence to legal standards while delivering excellent service.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
