Cool Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning – Reno, NV
Pay: $22.43 – $24.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do as a #CustomerServiceRep
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and in person
- Schedule service appointments and assist customers with questions and requests
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience
- Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems
- Use software tools such as ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel (experience is a plus, but not required)
What We’re Looking For in a #CustomeServiceRepresentative
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Bilingual would be a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven office environment
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Office is a bonus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
