Position Details
Location: Canton, GA 30115
Pay: $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Thursday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 15 Hours Per Week

Diagnosis/Skilled Needs:
- Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome
- Feeding Tube Dependent
- Bowel Care
Responsibilities
As the assigned Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Manage feeding tube care and feedings
- Provide bowel care according to the physician's plan of care
- Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Collaborate with the patient's family and HC Roots Clinical Team
- Deliver compassionate, individualized care while promoting the patient's safety and well-being

Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Experience with seizure disorders, feeding tubes, and bowel care preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
