Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Duties
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract top talent.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed, informed, and integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Administer employee evaluation processes, including performance management and feedback sessions to support ongoing development.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and compliance with relevant regulations such as FMLA and workers' compensation policies.
- Lead change management initiatives by supporting organizational design projects, succession planning, and workforce management strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal requirements, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
- Support HRIS systems (such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors), perform data analysis using Excel, and handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources department functions with a strong understanding of human resources management principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruitment strategies, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management, employee relations, and conflict management practices.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or ADP; strong skills in Excel data analysis and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management methodologies while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with benefits administration tools like Paychex or Paylocity; experience with payroll processing is a plus.

Pay: $58,460.36 - $70,403.88 per year
