We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for safely operating a backhoe, skid steer to perform a variety of tasks, such as digging, trenching, grading, and lifting, in septic installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy machinery and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and safely as well as some estimating.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a backhoe, skid steer and boom truck to perform excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling tasks.
- Safely dig holes, trenches, and foundations, ensuring proper depth and alignment.
- Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and debris from trucks or other equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the backhoe to ensure optimal working condition.
- Assist with setting up job sites and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and work zones to avoid accidents and injuries.
- Maintain records of work completed and any equipment maintenance performed.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of backhoe operations, safety standards, and maintenance practices.
- Valid driver’s license and CDL Class A
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills
- Boom Crane experience (Preferred )
- Certification in heavy equipment operation or construction equipment safety.
Working Conditions:
- Work is typically performed outdoors.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and adverse weather conditions is possible.
- May require irregular hours or shift work, depending on project schedules.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
