Kona Ice of Paramus
As a Kona Ice Server at the zoo, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while serving Kona Ice products in a fun, fast-paced outdoor environment. You will ensure that guests have a positive experience from the moment they approach your location to when they leave with a refreshing Kona Ice treat.
Kona Ice Krew Member Responsibilities:

Report to the warehouse each scheduled day to gather all necessary supplies and equipment for your shift.

Transport supplies to the zoo location and set up your Kona Ice service area before guests arrive.

Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service throughout your shift.

Prepare and serve Kona Ice products according to company standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area at all times.

Close down your station at the end of your shift and return all equipment and supplies to the warehouse.
