I am looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you can give great customer service and have a good work ethic, I’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities

- Laundry - sheet and towels
- Give the best customer service
- Good Phone skills
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready to go
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain breakfast/take down and clean up
- Anything else that is asked of you
Skills
- Show up for work at your scheduled day and time
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role is helpful but not required
- Computer skills are helpful
- Customer service with a great attitude is required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- This is not a desk position. There will be many other duties that will be required of you to complete the job. There will be enough stuff to do to keep you active during your shift. You will be moving...not sitting at the front desk
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
