Ro Health is seeking a dedicated RN (registered nurse) to join our healthcare team at a adult correctional facility in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.

- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Schedule: 12 hour shifts: PM 7 PM - 7:30 AM
- PRN
- $48/hr
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of RN experience required and previously worked in a fast paced environment
- Active BLS from American Heart Association
- First Aid
- TB Test from the past year
- Unrestricted AZ RN license
- N95 mask fit test
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides assessments and implements appropriate nursing interventions.
- Monitors patient’s progress as appropriate and evaluates outcomes.
- Performs standard nursing procedures appropriate to patient needs.
- Completes and processes all required documentation, including plans and discharge planning, in a comprehensive, objective, and legible manner.
- Provides health-related education to patients as appropriate to patient needs.
- Administers medication and addresses other pharmacological needs as protocol dictates, and performs basic intravenous and phlebotomy skills as required.
- Participates in the orientation and training of new employees, contract staff, students, and others as needed.
