We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. This position can serve the following age groups: neonate/child (0-3), child (4-12), adolescent (13-17), adult (18-64), and older adult (65+).
Duties
- Additionally, the Physical Therapist II will provide Physical Therapy services within an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards.
- This individual will demonstrate accountability for, and contribution to, the Department’s daily operations, including fulfilling charge duties as requested
- Exhibit fiscal responsibility through accurate time-keeping of assigned work shifts (which includes compliance with management-designated start/end times)
- Participate in program development and quality improvement activities as requested by management
- Adhere to the Department’s established productivity standards.
- All responsibilities will be carried out in a manner reflective of El Camino Health’s We Care values and Medical Staff Code of Conduct and Professional Behavior.
- Position is enterprise wide, employees will be required to float between campuses.
Experience
- Completion of Accredited Physical Therapy Program; Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience; if working in NICU, at least one year experience in NICU care
- Meets Career Ladder requirements of Level II Therapist
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
- Current valid California Physical Therapy license
- Current BLS (Basic Lifesaving Certification - American Heart Association) for Healthcare Provider
- CCS-Paneled or in process if working in NICU/OP Pediatrics
