GYLC Bellevue is seeking an exceptional Lead Preschool Teacher who combines strong classroom management, leadership, and a deep understanding of child development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a thoughtful, play-based curriculum
- Establish clear, consistent classroom management systems
- Lead and mentor assistant teachers
- Create a structured yet warm environment where children thrive
- Conduct meaningful observations and assessments

- Ensure full compliance with DCYF licensing standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of preschool lead teaching experience
- Demonstrated strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Must meet DCYF licensing requirements
- Professional, organized, and highly reliable
- Passionate about early childhood education and continuous growth
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
