Production Operator
Job Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment in the battery separator production line. This role ensures that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance.
· Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
· Assist with line changeovers, material handling, and basic troubleshooting.
· Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and quality departments to achieve production goals.
· Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and operational skills.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
· Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
· Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules.
· Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
· Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights or weekends as required.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
· Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and safety procedures.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
