Receptionist (Direct Hire, On-Site Ludlow Area)

Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our client’s professional firm! In this vital role, you’ll make a lasting first impression on clients and provide essential operational support that keeps the office running smoothly. Whether managing front desk duties during their busy season or creating an organized, collaborative environment during quieter times, you’ll play a key part in maintaining their professional image and supporting the team in a fast paced, client-centric setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting & assisting clients and visitors
- Managing multi-line phone system directing calls, taking messages & handling
- Oversee conference room scheduling
- Document scanning & management
- General administrative support
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in a receptionist or administrative support role within a professional office environment
- Strong technical proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently and adapt to changing office demands
- Experience with tax return processing and document management is strongly preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Prior experience in a client-facing role in a professional services firm
- High school diploma or equivalent
Other Requirements:
Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
$42,000-$52,000
