Not Forgotten Home & Community Services, a locally owned non-profit providing supportive residential care for adults in the I DD community. We have opportunities for full time, experienced residential Program Leads. Locations include North Hills, South HIlls and Plum areas of Pittsburgh.
Program Leads ensure staff is providing person-centered, high-quality care to our individuals. If you have demonstrated leadership managing a licensed residential site with integrity and passion, Not Forgotten Home & Community Services will be the place where you thrive!
As a Program Lead, you will:
- Work a daylight schedule Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday
- Organize time to balance between leadership duties, direct support and administrative tasks.
- Address individual needs by developing a strong and diligent team of direct support professionals. This includes coaching, training, staffing and on call.
- Ensure activities are completed in compliance with ODP 6400 & PA Ch. 55 regulations and organizational policies.
A full complement of benefits are available to full time staff after 90 days of service.
