What you'll do
- Support climbers and operators by managing everything on the ground — dragging brush, feeding the chipper, bucking logs, and keeping the site moving
- Assist with ropes, rigging, and equipment staging so the crew can work safely and efficiently
- Set up jobsite protection, watch for hazards, and keep the work area clear from start to finish
- Operate a chainsaw on the ground to process limbs and debris as needed
What we're looking for
- Reliable — you show up on time, ready to work
- Strong work ethic — this is physical, outdoor work in all conditions
- Team-first attitude
- Experience in tree work, landscaping, or general labor is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
What we offer
- Competitive pay: $19-27/hr

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
