Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our creative studio environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, managing client and team communications, and maintaining an efficient office atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will handle a variety of clerical and organizational tasks that keep our studio running seamlessly, enabling our creative professionals to focus on their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication:
- Answer studio phones, respond to texts, and handle routine parent questions.
- Follow up on leads and parent inquiries in coordination with our Virtual Assistant (VA).
- Conduct friendly outreach (calls/texts) to trial students to help convert them into active enrollments (once fully trained).
Registration & Sales Support:
- Process simple registrations and assist with retail sales.
- Complete assigned registration tasks and parent communication projects.
Event & Program Assistance:
- Assist the Operations Manager and Studio Director with planning, organizing, and tracking registrations for summer camps and workshops.
- Support the Studio Director with logistics for Master classes, Recitals, the Beehive Competition, and other special events.
- Help manage event specifics like costume distribution and recital checklists.
Administrative & Studio Operations:
- Organize and maintain Google Docs and digital filing systems.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby presentation and oversee the studio cleaners.
- Act as a positive gatekeeper—proactively handling routine issues to shield upper administration from unnecessary interruptions.
- Tackle administrative projects as assigned by leadership.

Training
During your first three months, you will learn our studio procedures, customer service expectations, registration/payment systems, and DanceStudio-Pro software.Pay starts at $16 per hour with the potential to be increased to $17-$18.50 per hour after the 3 month training period.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
