Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Logistics Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about logistics and international trade and are eager to build your career in this field, this is an excellent opportunity. In this role, you will assist with daily logistics operations, help ensure the efficient export of products from the United States, and coordinate with various parties throughout the logistics process while managing shipping documentation and operational records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments throughout the logistics process to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve daily operational issues.
- Process orders and shipping documentation, ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain logistics records, reports, and operational documents.
- Support team members with other logistics-related tasks and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
