LHH is working with a highly respected Minneapolis law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Paralegal to support attorneys handling sophisticated commercial lending and real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with clients, lenders, and attorneys throughout the lending process.
Key Responsibilities-
Review title commitments, title policies, surveys, and related real estate documents.

Prepare initial drafts of loan documents, amendments, and ancillary closing documents.

Draft closing instruction letters and assist with transaction coordination.

Review and organize due diligence materials, including UCC searches, organizational documents, and insurance certificates.

Maintain and update closing checklists and due diligence sites.

Coordinate communications between attorneys, clients, lenders, and third parties.
-
Manage transaction timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Support attorneys through all stages of commercial lending and real estate transactions.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent legal experience.

Minimum of 3 years of commercial lending, real estate, or finance-related paralegal experience.

Law firm or financial institution experience preferred.

Strong understanding of lending transactions, due diligence review, and closing procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and proofreading abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications-
Prior experience in a legal office environment.

Experience providing administrative and transaction support.

Familiarity with iManage and Intapp.
