Landscape Crew Members (All Experience Levels)

We are currently hiring experienced Landscape Crew Members, Crew Leaders, and Foremen. Whether you're an experienced crew member ready to grow or already have leadership experience, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional landscape maintenance on high-end residential and commercial properties.
- Mowing, edging, string trimming, pruning, shrub trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance.
- Maintain landscape beds, remove weeds, volunteer trees, and invasive vegetation.
- Identify and report irrigation issues, plant health concerns, drainage problems, storm damage, and safety hazards.
- Operate commercial landscape equipment safely and professionally.
- Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Follow all Island Home Service quality and safety standards.
- Work as part of a professional team committed to delivering exceptional results.
Crew Leaders and Foremen will also:
- Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew.
- Organize daily routes and assign work.
- Train and develop crew members.
- Perform quality inspections before leaving every property.
- Ensure company quality and safety standards are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Professional landscape maintenance experience is required.
- Crew Leader or Foreman experience is highly preferred.
- Experience operating commercial landscape equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Compensation
$18.00 – $30.00+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and position.
Experienced Crew Leaders and Foremen may qualify for higher starting pay based on leadership experience and performance.
